Description

These tracks contain signal data from single-cell ATAC-seq performed as part of a single-cell multiomics assay on brain samples from experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice, which serve as mouse model of multiple sclerosis (MS). These data are associated with the publication Meijer et al, 2022.

• Peak Interactions - interactions between scATAC-seq peaks and regulatory regions
• Chromatin Accessibility - one wiggle track per celltype in either control or EAE samples (e.g. OPCs)
